Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced the departure of David Goodman, Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer for the Company, effective May 13, 2022. At that time, Mr. Goodman will transition to an extended consultant role with the Company. The Company has commenced a search for a successor to Mr. Goodman.
