On June  1 5 , 201 7 , Embassy Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company of Embassy Bank for the Lehigh Valley, issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $ 0. 1 4 per share, payable on October 2 , 201 7 , to shareholders of record on September 1 , 201 7 .

Embassy Bancorp, Inc. Announces Annual Cash Dividend





BETHLEHEM, Pa. - June 1 5 , 201 7 Embassy Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX : EMYB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend o f $0.1 4 per share, payable on October 2 , 201 7 , to shareholder s of record on September 1 , 201 7 .     This represents an increase over last year’s dividend.
