Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On January 27, 2023, Susan J.S. Taylor informed Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) of her decision to resign from her position as Chief Accounting Officer of Meta after a transition period. Ms. Taylor’s decision to resign was due to personal reasons and not as a result of any disagreement with Meta on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
