| Financial Highlights • Earnings per common share (diluted) was $1.62 for the second quarter fiscal 2026, up $0.32, or 24.6%, compared to $1.30 for the same quarter a year ago, and up $0.24, or 17.4%, from the first quarter of fiscal 2026. • Annualized return on average assets (“ROA”) was 1.42% and annualized return on average common equity (“ROE”) was 12.8%, compared to 1.20% and 11.4%, respectively, in the same quarter a year ago, and 1.24% and 11.3% in the first quarter of fiscal 2026. • On January 20, 2026, the Board of Directors approved a new authorization to repurchase up to 550,000 shares, or approximately 5% of the Company’s outstanding common stock, following the near completion of the previously announced repurchase program.
