Weight Watchers International, Inc. (the Company) appointed Amy Kossover as Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 13, 2019. Ms. Kossover, age 57, continues to serve as the Companys Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Ms. Kossover has served as the Companys Corporate Controller since August 2002 when she joined the Company. Previously, Ms. Kossover served as Senior Vice President Corporate Finance of the Company from April 2006 to June 2019 and Vice President Corporate Finance of the Company from March 2004 until April 2006. Ms. Kossover also served as the Companys acting principal accounting officer from March 30, 2012 to August 20, 2012.
Concurrent with the effectiveness of Ms. Kossovers appointment, Nicholas P. Hotchkin, the Companys Chief Financial Officer, Operating Officer, North America and President, Emerging Markets, relinquished his role as the Companys principal accounting officer.
